Join us on the farm for an immersive day at Markwood Mushrooms, nestled in the heart of High Country Victoria. Our monthly Open Day is your chance to see behind the scenes and learn how we grow our gourmet mushrooms.

Step into the dark rooms, peek at our fruiting blocks, and see exactly where our mushrooms come to life. We’ll walk you through the whole process – from sterilisation to harvest – sharing tips, stories, and a few unexpected fun facts along the way. You’ll get plenty of time to ask questions, snap photos, and browse our farm stall, where you can purchase fresh, farm-grown gourmet mushrooms to take home and enjoy.
